Day 1
Day 1 began with a VERY early start at the Perth airport, our flight to Sydney and hitting the ground running. Our bus took us to iconic Bondi beach where we saw where the 'Bondi Rescue' and 'Bondi Ink' TV programmes are filmed, and also where Sam and Lara Worthington live! We had yummy fish 'n' chips for lunch and enjoyed burning off a bit of energy before heading to the Sydney Tower Eye, the tallest building in Sydney, to experience the panoramic vistas of this beautiful city. Sleepy-heads snoozed on the drive to our accommodation in Eleanora Heights, where we had a nutritious dinner and settled into our dormitories.

'We had so much fun today and did lots of fun things. We had Maccas and fish and chips for lunch and went to watch a 4D short film. We have heaps more fun to experience over the week and will enjoy every bit of it.' Bek and Em
'I had so much fun today! We went to Bondi beach and I had Maccas for lunch; it was yummy. Then we went to the Sydney Tower Eye. I was a bit scared. We also went for a little shop. I am loving time here. I miss you and I love you so much.' Tay Tay
'We got on the plane and left at 5:30am and then got to Sydney at 11:30am. We watched a 4D movie at the Sydney Tower Eye then to the observation deck we went. I wasn't scared; it was fun. Then we left and we are going to dorms now at 8:40pm Sydney time. I am having a lot of fun and the others are probably too!' Lachlan
